On 21st August 2019, the Embassy of China in Belgium organized a reception for Belgian students who will soon begin studying in China on scholarships funded by the Chinese government. Officials from the Wallonia and Flemish education agencies, university faculties, Belgian scholarship holders and alumni of Chinese universities, all together over 100 persons were present. Ambassador Cao Zhongming attended and delivered remarks titled “Seeing China Through the DREAM”.
