Notice on Requirement of Taking Direct Flight to China
2021-02-10 17:09

At present, the COVID-19 pandemic is still very severe, and the risk of cross-infection in international travel is relatively high, please adhere to the "non-essential, non-urgent, no travel" principle. If it is really necessary to travel to China, in order to avoid the risk of cross-infection while transiting through multiple countries, passengers bound for China are required to take a direct flight from their country of residence, and to upload your itinerary and proof of residence (residence card, visa, etc.) when you apply for a Green Health Code (or a Health Declaration Form). If the above requirements are not met, it may affect the acquisition of a Green Health Code (or a Health Declaration Form) as required by boarding a flight to China.

Starting from February 10th, the Chinese Embassy in Belgium will no longer issue Green Health Code for passengers who wish to transit via Belgium to China when their country of residence has direct flights to China, no matter those passengers enter Belgium by plane, self-driving or any other type of transportation.
