Ambassador Cao Zhongming met with deputy head of the Publicity Department of the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Administration of Press and Publication of Guangdong Province Wang Guike, together with other members of the delegation from the Publicity Department of the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee on 22nd April 2019 during the delegation’s trip to Europe. Head of the political section of the Embassy Hu Bing and Chairman of Kam Yuen Group Liu Jingrui were also present.
