Belgian Prime Minister Elio Di Rupo sent his best wishes to Chinese people and government on the first day of the Year of Horse, which falls on 31st January.

In his video message, Di Rupo said both sides should work together this year to boost the bilateral relations to a high level.

Di Rupo visited China last September and met Premier Li Keqiang. Both of them have agreed to rent two padas to Belgium during their meeting.

Two days ago, Chinese Ambassador Liao Liqiang announced that the two pandas will be arriving in Belgium in the end of February.
