New version of Application Form of Consular Legalization of the Embassy/Consulate of the People's Republic of China has come into use.
Please be advised that ALL legalization applicants are required to use the new Form. Please fill out the form truthfully, completely and clearly in Capitalized English on the computer and print the completed form. The form of previous version will no longer be accepted since February 1st , 2018. |
