Her Excellency Ms. ZHANG Qiyue presented her Letter of Credence as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the  People's Republic of China to His Majesty King Albert II on 16 February, 2005, and had a friendly talk with H.M on bilateral relations.
  Zhang said that Chinese Government has set up the Chinese Embassy in Belgium at the beginning of this year, which devotes itself exclusively to the promotion of bilateral relations with Belgium. It shows the great importance attached by the Chinese government on the bilateral relations. She will devote herself to the promotion of the bilateral cooperation in political, economic, cultural, educational and scientific fields.
