比利时专家克劳德－瓦多（Claude waudoit)先生瓦多先生曾在美国、日本等多家国际公司担任设计工程师和管理工作，他的一项新发明专利（Energy conversion system comprising a volumetric apparatus)能把汽车等发动机停、刹车时的多余能源转换成发动机再利用能源。据介绍可节约能源的30％。该技术也可用于空调、起重机等其它领域。

　　该专利目前仍处于设计阶段，还没有产品和工业应用，瓦多先生希望进行共同开发或专利转让等其它形式的合作。他愿意到中国的企业或科研单位进行技术交流，探讨具体合作方式。
